While I've had tons of baleadas, these are the best I've had, because they sprinkle some crumbled cheese on top of the nata before folding the baleada, and also because the tortillas they make are fire🔥 They're not too heavy and very fluffy. Instead of curtido, it comes with onions that have been marinated with spices and some jalapeño, which adds a nice kick. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the beans were a little dry. Everything else is excellent!
