We went to get food and the March Madness deal for the free frosty and fries. First they said they were only doing that during 2-5pm. So we came back at 4pm. Then they said they weren't doing that deal at this location even though they had the March Madness signs all over the store. They just turned customers away over and over. Horrible staff and management. The Wendy's on the east side of Flagstaff said they were honoring the deal all day long. This is the third time I have had issues at this Wendy's location. Without question, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I were driving through Flagstaff and stopped at this Wendy’s because we were starving. We ordered two large combo meals and spent nearly $40, expecting a quick meal before getting back on the road. My husband’s order was made correctly, but my sandwich was wrong. We went back through the drive-thru a second time to have it fixed. The employee acted like it wasn’t a big deal, and when they handed it back… it was still wrong. I don't think I'd be back here again. The staff was really nice. But our food took way too long and was too expensive. They were completely out of ketchup except the packets and didn't seem to care. The soda machine was out of a couple different flavors and the bathroom was gross. Fries were cold and like cardboard, and one of the chicken nuggets wasn't even completely cooked.

You ever been to a Wendy's? That's not very busy and then the cashier says. I'm sorry I can't take any more orders when there's only two people in line and you've been waiting there patiently. Well, if you're looking for that experience I've got just the place for you....
