Love chipotle. There are 4 of them within a few miles in Orange Park FL area. I seldom eat at this one because their portions are so small I can't get enough protein. This is my third visit to this one and I'd recommend any of the others first. I see previous reviews also mention portion size. If you're placing office/multiple orders or need protein, try the one at 295 and Blanding,, or the two others south on Blandin.

If I could put 0 stars, I would… The portion size was terrible. It’s unfortunate how Chipotle declined. The amount you used to get was amazing and I was satisfied. Now, I will never go there again. You can tell the staff doesn’t care either. 0/10!!!! Don’t recommend anymore!

Showed up Saturday at 7PM and the place was nearly empty (not surprising). Only two employees working, bowl was half full, and the chips were more than 80% air. Not only that but they were stale, soggy, and somehow undercooked. This was also my second time here, the first visit wasn’t quite as bad, but the chips were still stale. The queso was free for Halloween and still was very lackluster; no wonder they have to give you free stuff to come in. Portions were tiny, taste was poor, and I was still hungry afterwards. This location needs to step it up. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

We ordered two bowls and neither of them were even half filled not to mention when I called up there to see if I could get a refund the attitude that I had gotten on the phone
