Getting to this urban brewery was easy from the interstate. Repurposing the old firehouse was really cool and gave the brewery great character. The bartender was super friendly and helpful. The beers were excellent and very reasonably priced. The brewery offered food options (pizza on Mondays and tacos the rest of the week). Indoors you have a choice of several different seating areas or you can sit in their spacious outdoor space. Parking was super easy. Definitely a place we’d visit again if in the area.

The atmosphere was amazing, warm, friendly. Outstanding ales on tap, the Sassy Lassy was my favorite. In house pizza shop had a killer “Valentinos” Detroit style. Back room music was great, upbeat, old fashioned. Really a neighborhood, community driven vibe to this place. Loved it

#46 in the now renamed SE MI Brewery Discovery Tour. Getting too far afield to call it just Metro Detroit anymore. I like this place and these people. A cool 2-story brick building next to the river. Humongous outdoor drinking/dining area with tons of picnic tables, many with umbrellas. Lots of shade from trees, too. Food truck out back, Vehicle City Tacos, if you need comestibles to soak up the alcohol. There are several beer cocktails in addition to the straight beer. And the beer is solid. I've been to more than just a couple breweries 🍻in the past couple of years but this one, for a Wednesday night, was absolutely packed!😲 The bar staff is amazing.🥰 The events they have are well-known in the community and super popular.🥳 Magnificent outdoor area right on the river. There are tables, chairs, fire pit, a couple of booths, and 🪓 axe throwing 😳 and a food truck! Great selection of beer on tap as well as root beer and cider.😋 Just a whole lot of special going on here. Great vibe! 🙌🏻
