The food was freshly prepared and served quickly when I ordered inside. Even though I was the only guest dining in and had to wait a short while before placing my order, it made sense since most customers were using the drive thru. Everything turned out great, and the quality of the meal made the visit worthwhile.

I just went today to order the Jibby with the munchie meal and they didn't give it to me in the online order clearly a lack of service and the employees prioritize the food delivery more than the customers waiting in line, and also they removed the drink machine that used to exist there. This place gets worse every year!

Horrible experience. I ordered on the app before arriving upon arrival My food still was not prepared. Chose to pick my food up. Carry out on the app has two options. The second option is drive-thru. I don't want to wait in a drive-thru. I'm in a hurry so I choose carryout. The restaurant door is locked.
