This the second time I did pick up and my order is messed up n made how yall just want to do it. I had ordered 2 pancake stacks yesterday both pancake stacks was plain Buttermilk pancakes with strawberry n bananas topping. Why did yall put bananas slices into my pancakes. I didn't ask for that and it wasn't in the description. I do take accountability on not checking my order before leaving.

Young lady (said here name is Jessica) at the front was very rude and aggressive (worth mentioning the receipt said Sara) for me trying to complete a order on my birthday told me my total was 35$ for the 2eggs and links meal 11.99 it also came with hash browns I added cheese and a egg she said it was now 35.87 I was maam that’s enough to get two orders so I order the items individually and it came out to 16.86 (I skipped cheese) but wow she told me she already placed the order for the 35$ pretty much the same meal and had to go tell them something in the back but I was a to go I don’t know how

This really been on my mind me & my father came in one day last week & this manger has to be the most unprofessional & rude person ever. I was sitting eating with my family when I noticed kids running around the restaurant unsupervised , one of the four children came up to the table and told my youngest child to “Shut up” so I asked where are there parents. The host told me it’s the manager kids after that the manager came to table to say sorry with a smile but it’s the simple fact that this store wont last with that kind of leadership.
