I will never go back to this place. First of all, employees walk around as if they hate their job. Then, they had no spoons, only the “taste product spoons.” Worst of all, they had people behind the counter who were probably not employees. One guy was leaning on the counter with a sleeveless top. What kind of management allows this? If I could rate them a 0, I would. Oh, and when I ordered, the employee said she had to look first to see if she had the ingredients. I would hate to see the kitchen

It's astounding that this store has managed to stay open for so long. They never seem to have much variety in either ice cream or donuts, and I'm often told they're down to just one scoop of a flavor. Every time I stop by, hoping things have improved, it's the same disappointing experience. To top it all off, the customer service is some of the worst in the area.

Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve ordered from this place THREE different times and every single time they didn’t have the ice cream I ordered. Not once, not twice—EVERY time. That’s not bad luck, that’s straight-up poor management. They continue to list items they clearly don’t have, take your money, and then fail to deliver what was ordered with zero communication or accountability. No substitutions, no heads up—just missing items like it’s normal. If you can’t keep your inventory straight, stop advertising what you don’t have.
