The service here is always absolutely fantastic. Whenever I come through the drive thru it is fast and I always receive my order that I put in. I will say that for some reason I can never get the black tea here. I am not sure if whenever I order it I just have bad timing or what not. They do make a really good cup of hot chocolate. The doughnuts are always very good as well. My partner can't get enough of the loaded hash browns. I am not a big fan of the food but that is my personal experience, kind of tastes chemically. Flies, busy employees. I love that DD is thriving, but what about customers who walk in? We only needed a gift card. I would have left, but needed the gift card. There has to be a solution to help walk in customers. 5-3-26 ordered HOT coffee with vanilla, but it was cold.

To start they don’t want to take your order they want to rush your order, fallow by not even taking it properly and ending with you saying thank you and they closing the window in your face. I had to sound my horn and ask for my receipt again so she can just throw it at me and close the window as i’m saying thank you. If you don’t like your job please quit and go do something else.
