Repeat customer but, the lack of care and attention has me disappointed. The cookies I am specifically concerned with are the Iced Oatmeal and Blueberry Pancake which look nothing like the presentation online, on two of the blueberry cookies the “butter” dollop is completely missing where it is present on the other 2. The lack of care for a repeat customer who doesn’t just order 1 or 2 cookies but, instead orders multiple boxes at a time is concerning and will definitely have me re thinking my choice of cookies from this location in the future. If you need some delicious cookies, this is the place to go. Warm, fresh and good options. Recommend the brownie-cookie mix. Easy to walk in and get a cookie instantly. Good options of cookie packs. It’s all done via monitor, so the only downside is almost no interaction with the staff. But for some that may be a plus.
