We've been going to Frescafe regularly for a few months now and I can't say enough good things about this place. First off, I have a VERY ACTIVE 4 year old and this spot caters lovely to her - the whole staff is so sweet and always spends a moment or two confirming her order with her specifically. The coffee is something i think about all week, I'm addicted to the special Lavendar Latte (which i know isn't everyones preference). I order a half order of french toast and a delightful scrambled egg. My other half has a meat-lovers omelet and he's also addicted. I want to give a very special call

Long-time visitor of Fresscafe’s Natick location trying the Framingham branch. The friendly, caring service and intimate seating area really translate well. The food was up to par, although the drinks were still sweeter than expected (specialty coffees). Didn’t try the fancier dishes on this occasion, but hope to return.

This has to be one of my favorite breakfasts! Everything on the menu looks great, and the service is fast and friendly. I tried the nutella berry french toast and it was delicious!

This has to be one of the most expensive breakfast places I've ever visited. The problem is nothing justifies the price. The food is average at best, servers are young kids with zero hospitality training and the establishment itself, while charming, is tiny and within a mostly delapitated town center. Not even close to worth the price.
