The White Alligator restaurant gets its name from the rare leucistic alligator. Unlike the albino alligators, the proper name for a white alligator is leucistic, meaning they still have some pigmentation in their tail and mouth and they have blue eyes. Legend has it if you look into a white alligators blue eyes you will receive good luck!

Kimmy G★★★★★If you walk into The Factory building 10, it’s on the right. We were walking around and tried it, so glad we did! The hostess was kind and gave good recommendations! You walk in, order food, they give you a number and you sit wherever you’d and they bring to you. Environment clean and quiet. Hubby said the Waygu Burger was amazing, tasted the meat and it was melt in your mouth good! The jambalaya was fabulous! The cup was just enough and had perfect amount of meat to rice and enjoyable spice! The fried shrimp poboy was yummy too, literally no complaints.

We've never had Cajun food before and wow it did not disappoint! The ambiance was so cozy and the service was super quick. Ordering off of the menu on the wall was a little intimidating and felt a little rushed, but once you're regular it would be fine. The food was amazing and we'll be back!

I had the Surf and Turf po' boy and red beans, they were both delicious. All the ingredients seemed fresh especially the bread.

The blackened shrimp wedge salad was fabulous. Get the dressing on the side if you don't like a lot. Fabulous cocktails!
