A coworker and I decided to try this place after work and had a great time. It’s one of those restaurants that you drive past and don’t think about but when you finally go, it’s a pleasant surprise. You order at the register and seat yourself. Opposite of the register is a wall of pastries that all looked delicious and we plan to try some next time. There was no wait for a seat and wait time for food wasn’t very long. It wasn’t very busy until closer to closing time when a few larger parties arrived. The $1 Pupusas on Wednesday special is false. They need to update the sign. We went inside and the pupusas were limited to about 3-4 kinds and none were vegetarian. They were also $1.50. Everything else on the menu was very overpriced. Disappointed. We decided to eat elsewhere.

Best pupusas in Fredericksburg. On our eight hour drive from our trip we decided to stop for food, best place to get real Salvadoran pupusas. Their pollo con tajada was delicious and so were the Burria tacos. Definitely my place to go when I’m around the area. I’d definitely recommend. They also have a variety of pan dulce 😊.
