This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I felt like I was treated differently because of my race, and the way I was spoken to was humiliating and unacceptable. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or discriminated against. A manager is supposed to set an example, but this manager did the opposite. If this is how customers are treated, it’s no surprise people choose to go elsewhere. I've been here often countless times, perhaps far too many. Foolish of me to think this place would improve at each visit. There is no sense of professionalism, seeing that managers are smoking in front of the doors, the volume as well as language being from behind the counter and especially the lack of genuine customer service. Pray they don't make a mistake on your order, else you will be interrogated and put on trial by their manager Charles as he rifles through your wrong order. Perhaps the worst McDonald's to visit here in Grants Pass. Stay clear and stay safe. The other two locations are

I honestly don't understand the hype around McDonald's. My recent visit was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it took forever to get my order. When I finally received my burger, it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were soggy and greasy, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. Definitely not worth the time or money. I won't be coming back anytime soon. Very disappointing experience.
