We received our food fairly quickly, and unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. The inside of the restaurant was reasonably clean, but the food itself was disappointing. The donut holes were extremely hard, and I’m not sure if that was due to the Oreo pieces or the way they were prepared, but the texture was not enjoyable at all. The cheese on the hash browns tasted very odd and did not resemble real cheese—it had more of a processed, canned or tub-style flavor, which was off-putting. Customer service was also lacking. Something is definitely different about this location swing by and I think you’ll notice this crew running It is there for business and they mean it. This is one of the only locations I’ve ever been to for the coffee was actually hot. Mobile order was ready within two minutes of placing it Even the donuts taste fresher although I do know the backstory on the Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was so good I felt compelled to immediately write this review.

We were in the drive thru and the man SCREAMED at us multiple times if we were ready after asking for a minute. He SCREAMED at us every 10 seconds after that. I asked for a Protein refresher. Was told okay. It was made with oat milk. Not protein milk and then they told us they didn’t have protein milk or cold foams. The food wasn’t bad. 0/10

If you want, the Dunkin’ Donuts experience, don’t go here. The old-fashioned plain donuts are fried batter. No flavor at all except for grease. The cashier makes you feel like you’re asking for free food and your coffee isn’t made the way you ask for it. This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to.
