The food is always consistently good here. Its primarily an American grill with wonderful rotisserie bbq chicken and pork spare rib dishes. Yet, the pasta and sushi plates are quite yummy as well. Great great bar. Choose this one if your looking fir a solid all-around menu. Nice view too.

We came for Sunday lunch and had the Ahi Tuna Tacos appetizer (3), Grilled Rainbow Trout, and Coconut Shrimp Roll. The tuna tacos were nice in a small crunchy shell with a slice of avocado and a spicy mayo, but not too hot. The coconut shrimp roll was good. I was pleasantly surprised how good light, fresh tasting, and non-fishy the Rainbow Trout was. It came in a light, white cream sauce with spinach and mashed potatoes. Maria, our server, took great care of us.

The service was excellent but the food especially sides were very plain with no seasoning. Actually my spinach was cold and had nothing on it as far as flavor and so was my friend’s string beans. We did enjoy the mash potatoes. The food was okay and not the kind that I would go back to eat again. But I absolutely love the outdoor seating and atmosphere. If I just wanted drinks then I would go back, otherwise, I would choose another establishment to eat.

Had such a great experience at Copper Canyon Grill! The outdoor seating by the lakeside made the whole meal feel super relaxing and scenic. Our host and server were both incredibly kind and attentive, which made everything even better. The food was amazing, the crab cake sandwich was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, and the ribs were so tender they literally fell off the bone. The calamari was also a highlight, super crispy and delicious.
