Issue: Food Safety and Unusual Customer Interaction I am writing to bring two specific issues to your attention following my visit to the drive-thru today. First, I encountered a major health and safety concern. The employee at the window was not wearing gloves and was actively biting his fingernails. He then immediately handled my order (a gyro and a nugget steak bowl), wrapped the items, and placed them in the bag without washing his hands. Late night passing through town so stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The door advertised as open until 10:00pm and I walked in around 9:04. The kid (Robert, according to my receipt) at the register says immediately before anything thing else, "we close in 24 minutes." I tell him "your door says 10." Kid is still rude after this. I proceed to order. We received our food, which had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp. Chicken strips were very dry and hard. It seems this place always does this to me… where’s my jalapeños? Oh and my cheese? The first one I ate from this order didn’t have jalapeños 😢 you got one job, make what the people order and make it right… this is just plain out lazy and someone not doing their job… I expect to be burning my mouth w jalapeños that’s why I order this… it’s easy jalapeños, cheese and roast beef 😂 and you’re suppose to put a certain amount not just this lil bit on one side of my sandwich 🤦🏼‍♀️ some peoples children man…

Went to the drive thru I ordered a #1 double roast beef and a five piece chicken strips took home to eat I got roast beef with what I think is bbq sauce and runny cheese on a soggy onion bun I tried it thru it away ate the chicken strips they were pretty dry very disappointed
