Absolutely horrible experience. I went there with my family and was shocked by how terrible the service was. A few employees were polite, but most seemed rude and unprofessional. The manager, who I believe was named Olivia, was constantly yelling at teenage employees instead of actually helping them. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable to watch. The food was mediocre at best, but the service completely ruined the experience. During busy times, the restaurant turns into complete chaos because the manager spends more time barking orders and yelling than actually doing her job. I have never see

Went through drive-through got two regular combos. From the time I pulled up in order till I left took 30 minutes. Besides no ketchup on a burger there was nothing else amazing about my order. Initially, there were other vehicles in front of me it took from the time I ordered until the time I paid 10 minutes. Numerous vehicles literally drove away from the line because of the long wait. After I finally paid everybody in front of me seemed to be moving ..from the time I paid though till the time I left after being parked at that third window was another 20 minutes! I walk in there with memory expectations for a long day. I go up to the menu and I say say give me as many sweet teas as you can for $7. The worker is very chill. Very nice. he goes absolutely he lasts I laugh. We rang it up. It was only four four small sweet teas. Very expensive for the tea Happy drink sweet tea. Very pleased. Went into play area. Walked roof too low. Sandal got stuck up there perfectly. They need to improve. Worker said cannot throw shoe. Got the shoe down overall three stars

So apparently employees need to learn to read in this restaurant because this clear as day says no shredded lettuce but look like lettuce to me on here. How hard is it to do your job. Just be glad it only a slight allergy my husband has or you could have been in a lawsuit.
