I’ve been coming to Lemon Peppers for a while, so I’m not writing this just to complain, but this visit was rough. First, the good. The Philly cheesesteak I had a few days ago was OK. To be fair, I was VERY hungry at the time, but it still tasted good, so I’ll leave that one as a win. Now for the rest. I noticed they switched to crinkle fries. They’re… OK-ish. Not terrible, but the old fries were definitely better in my opinion. The bigger problem was the chicken. It honestly felt like it had been cooked two days ago and then microwaved today. I was curious about the place, because I never say no to any kind of food. Totally disappointed, the fish was so dry that tasted like the day before food and fried again, with no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. And the conch fritters were only dough and no taste of seafood, no trace of conch. The fries were ok, that's it. Never again!!!

The food was good, fresh, and served hot. The service was fast and the staff was friendly and professional. The place was clean and well-organized. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. The only downside is that it can get a little slow during busy hours. Overall, it’s a solid fast-food spot and I would definitely come back.
