Hello I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue with a recent Taco Bell order I received through DoorDash. While I understand third-party delivery involves multiple handling points, the restaurant is responsible for ensuring all food is properly prepared, sealed, and packaged before it leaves the store. In this case, my order was not properly secured or sealed, which is a major concern on its own. Upon receiving my food, I observed what appeared to be live roaches in and around the food packaging.
