The Wendy's closest to me, I do not go to anymore. The employees there are rude. This location is Glen Ellyn, is fast superior as far as customer service. Especially the young man who waited on me at the drive up window. I wish i knew his name because he deserves some recognition. He's always been super friendly whenever I've been to that particular location.

Went through the drive through and cashier has no communication skills, I only spent $14 on a lunch meal, but can they at least say thank you and not hand me my change folded into the top of my bag. Lack of training and weak management is evident. Wasn't busy only 1 car behind me. Wont go back ever and surprised this place Is still open... ! Also they don't give receipts because they don't want corporate to see the results of their surveys !

1 star all the way down I would say less honestly. This isn’t based off this Supposedly “Baconator” visit. This is based off multiple visits. Every single time it’s a let down. Now as you can see the condiments are well ew the bread tasted and felt like it was covered in grease and tasted like the floor. Chewing and awful. Ps the pretzel buns do not go on baconators. Also you can see in the picture there is a remanence of cheese where there used to be a piece of cheese but it’s missing somewhere idk where it went cause I didn’t eat it. Looks like a patty that was on another sandwich and got pu
