What a wonderful culinary German experience! Jackie #1 provided outstanding service! The Roulladen were excellent!! (You must order these when you come!) I was dubious because i make them myself but Haus Murphy’s did not disappoint!! The fried potatoes were so very tasty. I also was delighted to order a gluten free German chocolate pie. The wall decor reminded me of my childhood😊

We went here for a late lunch early dinner as a group of 8 people on a Saturday afternoon. We sat in the bar area of the restaurant. It was busy with 3 large groups that were being attended by one server so we expected a wait since we were the last group to sit down. Our server Tia was fantastic. She handled all 3 groups like a champ. She was very attentive and served us with a smile. She kept the beer flowing and checked on us regularly. Our meals came out much quicker than expected and all the food was fantastic. I had the sauerbraten and it ranked up in the top 3 I’ve ever had and the best

I’ve had Haus Murphy’s on my list for a long time, so when we found ourselves on the west side this weekend, we made it a point to head over to Old Town Glendale. It’s a very cool area, and this quaint little spot fits right into the heart of it. ​The Food I’ve been on a mission to find a German braised pork shank ever since seeing one while traveling, and the Eisbein here did not disappoint. Food is phenomenal, but stick to the beers for bar orders. - came jn around 5 before the dinner crowd vegans rolling in - sat immediately in the back bar area with the wold cup on- loved the communal seating and vibe of the place. - server was a bit slow to greet and even slower with the drinks(partially due to them being out of several options) - old fashioned was okay, elderflower spritz was good after a stir ans mule was muted due to being out of ginger beer subbing with ginger ale - Potato pancakes were EXCEPTIONAL! Fresh apple sauce and a perfect dollop of sour cream - ordered Wiener schn
