I don’t usually write reviews, but this Wendy’s earned it. Every time I’ve come here, the food’s been hot, fresh, and actually made right, which shouldn’t be rare, but somehow is these days. My burger looked just like the picture (I know, crazy), the fries were golden and perfectly salted, and my Frosty was thick enough to turn the spoon upside down. The staff here are genuinely nice too. Not the forced “have a nice day” kind of nice, but the “we actually care” kind. They move fast even when it’s busy, and the place stays clean. Waited forever in drive thru and got my son a kids meal got 2 bread with cold cheese and pf course no receipt never come here agian!! Also 6 months ago ordered bacon mistake expensive for nothing!

I really don’t expect much these days from fast food and try to avoid it but this is just laughable. Completely dry, cold nuggets with a little sauce squeezed on them are not what is advertised. Pic from website for comparison. For the amount of money they charge they can do better.

Having experienced a lackluster Wendy's fast food experience, in Folsom, a few days earlier, hubs and I decided to try this location for a do over of sorts. This Wendy's is in Rancho Cordova on Sunrise Blvd (south of Highway 50). The drive thru experience, customer service, and food was good. It was weekend high noon when we ordered. There was two cars in front of us. The line moved quickly. Hubs ordered 2 Dave's singles (one with and one without cheese). The cashier was courteous and helpful. We were charged the 2 for $7.
