Wow, excellent service from Omar this evening. I ordered the Chilean seabass as the main, and Omar recommended the Chimichurri. It was an excellent pairing; salty, crispy, with a very slight kick. It was very rich and almost buttery. The fish was slightly crisped and perfectly cooked. I ordered the Rose’s Negroni to go with it and Omar gave me the background on how the chef is also a Painter, because I noticed the beautiful stained glass lion effect in the ice cube. Next, I wasn’t sure about the Beet Carpaccio so I asked Omar and he said it was delicious, so I ordered it. My goodness it was! I

We almost canceled our Afternoon Tea bec the reviews were pretty bad. But we were surprised that the afternoon tea room for Quadrant was really decorated well. We went early April so the decor was Cherry Blossoms. Very pretty with Bridgerton background music. The tea selection were nice and the snack tower were a mix of savory and sweets. For additional $50, they were able to create a gluten free tower for me. In the end, our bday celebrant was happy. Service was good as well and explained everything. When you book, make sure you’re not seated by the bar area. For 6 people we paid around $700

Food, service, and atmosphere are EXCEPTIONALLY good at the Quadrant. Tucked inside of it is the ‘Snug at the Macallan.’ A whiskey lover’s dream. Exceptionally good. Also one of only two places I could get my favorite cut of steak - flat iron - aside from the legendary Hotel Chelsea in New York. Exceptionally good in every regard.

The Ritz Hotel's Quadrant is undeniably a stunning location, and their High Tea experience has been a favorite of ours in the past. This time, however, our visit fell short of expectations. While the tea, sandwiches, and pastries we were served were delightful, we were disappointed to find that the theme for December was still Paris rather than a festive holiday or Christmas theme.
