I booked a private party and Regina was super easy to coordinate with. She also confirmed the party size and if I needed to order a platter the night before my event! The mozzarella sticks platter were chonky and delivered at my requested hour. I was allowed to bring a cake from outside that the kitchen helped store until the event! and they even supplied candles!! (I bought my own thinking they wouldn’t). Usually go here after work, we always get food and drinks. Always tip well. ONE day we came in, guess the tip wasn’t what the bar tender expected last time.. we hardly sat on the stools and he literally was red in the face and looked visibly upset. I asked if he was alright he said that we didn’t tip well the last time we came (we have been coming to this bar for over 6 months).. the bar tender was very rude and I felt very humiliated and uncomfortable after the comment, it was said in front of other customers. We finished off the two shots we ordered and left. Safe to say: we won’t be returni
