As the flavors came together, bright citrus, fresh herbs, and subtle mint filled both the palate and the nose, making every bite feel vibrant and refreshing. The crunchy garlic breadcrumbs, tender ricotta gnocchi, crisp sugar snap peas, and spring pea chimichurri added beautiful contrast in both texture and flavor. P
