Location needs some better training. This is the second time we have came here and the server didn't know where things were to add to the order, she suddenly couldn't hear me and had to come to my car to take the rest of my order. My order still ended up being wrong

Very disappointing experience. We waited over 20 minutes for our order even though there were only two cars ahead of us. The food was extremely salty, and the fries were soggy, stale, and overly salted as well. The long wait was not worth the quality of the food we received. Definitely not the level of service or food quality I expected.

I am sharing this with the general public up on my arrival at sonic. I waited in line almost 15 minutes with no one in front of me and with placing the order they had it wrong and also trust me way more than what they should’ve been for two number five ordersof choice $30. Sonic needs to hire some damn workers, had a very bratty girl say some gibberish to me at the menu in the drive thru, I repeatedly asked "what" as I couldn't understand what was said and got zero response... I was hung up on. I nearly drove away as I figured I was told they were closed, except I saw a car at the window when I drove up. After waiting for minutes I finally got my turn at the window and told the girl I didn't just what she said. She gave me the most condescending look and give no shits attitude and said "I said to come up to the window because it's just me here." Needless to say
