My daughter was being admitted into labor and delivery. The Dr told her that she could eat, and at 1am; McDonald’s was the winner. This particular store was 24 hours and closest to the hospital so ofc I came here. I waited 20 min in the drive-thru with 4 other people. 2 people added (totaling 6) and 2 finally left after 18 minutes. I left the drive thru to go inside and saw an employee hanging out the drive thru window talking to someone hanging out of their car; chatting like they’re best friends reunited at the beach. Hoping this review will be seen by management. Took my kids here two days ago to celebrate their last day of school. The order kiosk inside the restaurant was broken. The staff was very busy so I tried three times to put my order into the kiosk but got an error that it couldn’t do cashless transactions so I gave up. Waited in line for 10 min. Gave my order. Waited at our table by the play place. It was a VERY dirty table. Not just leftover food but sticky and the seats (where the seat meets the back of the chair) had a layer of dust showing they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time

The food quality here is always hit or miss. The consistency is completely non-existent, and dont bother ever trying to get a refund for bad or missing food.

Ordered on the app! Was able to use my points and save money. Pulled up and put the curbside number into the app to let them know I was there. Literally within 5 minutes, the food was out to me - fresh and hot. This is rare for McDonald's in STL and I absolutely loved it. Going to try this one again to see if it's consistently good. Big hopes for this McDonald's! Thanks!!!
