We ordered and there was a little confusion and when my wife questioned it the man behind the counter said that's crap.. I asked and that's what you said. Even though we may have been misunderstood the attitude of the employee was uncalled for. The sandwich I received was the wrong order but was very good. Tables were not clean.

I frequent this location and they are always friendly, quick, and do a great job! Nyjah made my sandwich today and it was the best sandwich I've received from here. It was fantastic. I'll continue to come to this location. I also appreciate that as a company they have gluten free bread options in two sizes as well.

Order online, came into the store and a gentleman with a pony tail took my name, looked at the orders, and then walked to the grill without saying a word to me. No it’s still being made, etc. Waited for another 10 min and finally asked the woman at the register if my order was ready, sure enough, the bag was sitting there done. Waited around for no reason, have had problems with this location in the past

Jersey Mike's in Greenfield, WI is the best. Jalen really knows how to take care of the customers. He remembers our names when we walk in and always knows just what we want. This type of special treatment really goes a long way.They are always friendly. Make terrific sandwiches. We were just on Maui and found a Jersey Mike's there but knew that it wouldn't compare to the service or great taste we get at the one on Layton Ave. in Greenfield. Thank you
