I wish I could leave 0 stars. I was told my wings would take about 15 minutes, and I was asked to pull forward and wait. After waiting, an employee brought out my order, but luckily I checked the bag before leaving because I had ordered six wings, and there were none in it. When I pulled back up to the window, the employees asked who had told me they had wings available. After confirming with the employee who took my order, she apologized and said the wings would be ready in four minutes and that they would bring them out. I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered a family pack. I just want to state that the staff there were very friendly and kept me informed of my order. Our food is freshly made and we will be back. You have a great group of workers there

45 minutes … that’s how long I was there, 43 minutes was how long between placing my order and driving out of the lot. Got home and the chicken looks as if it had been sitting for sometime before I reversed in the drive thru and asked what was the hold up. They handed me the box and I had to ask for the additional sides I ordered. When I got home I found soggy bottoms on the breast and tiny drumsticks and wings. Soooo disappointed, do not recommend, take your time to drive to a different Bojangles because even with 6 employees that I counted they still fell way short!
