First, made a rez, got their 10min early, still got seated immediately. Server was very friendly and knowledgable. He was a sommelier and gave us some very good wine recs based on what I like and what we were eating. The shrimp pasta dish was excellent! The burger was one of the best burgers of my life. I order burgers well done because I dont like raw *ground* beef, they cooked it perfectly. Instead of a desert dish, we got a glass of port that was excellent. This restaurant has really good food and wine. Great atmosphere and genuinely knowledgable, interested service.

We came here for brunch with a group of four. You can see in the photos what we ordered. I ordered Belgian waffles and was very disappointed. The only thing “Belgian” about them was the shape. They were basically inedible — baking soda in the waffles clearly wasn’t balanced, and there was a strong, unpleasant baking soda taste. I definitely do NOT recommend the waffles. The service was okay, but slow. Dirty plates stayed on our table for a long time before anyone cleared them. What really bothered us was that when the bill came, we were not asked about gratuity, they automatically added a 20%

We visited today for the first time. We have heard for a while how good this establishment is, today we discovered just how amazing it is. Entrees we chose: Pork tenderloin with fried okra and collards, Berry Blue Filet with a petit Orthodox salad and the Days gone by Burger with cottage fries. Let me first say that the steak was melt in your mouth delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. I really liked the petite salad, and the blackberry ginger dressing was a great touch! My server, Kelly, was incredible super pleasant, patient, fast, and efficient, with a calm demeanor that perfectly matched the smooth Frank Sinatra vibes playing in the background.
