I have visited many waffle houses. By far this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Trina was absolutely fantastic, you all should make her a trainer to help educate on how to give service and Nikki was handling things like a boss. Everything was coming out quickly, Nikki was not only cooking she washed a couple of pans, filled someone coffee cup and filled a salt shaker. That is how you get things done. Team effort. Great experience.

Lanie and Jeff were awesome. I came to town to celebrate my birthday. They were welcoming, understanding and the food was delicious. Unit 7 is the best unit I’ve encountered so far. Customer service was a 10. I loved their energy!

I thought I had stepped into a hidden dimension of Waffle Houses as soon as I walked in the door. Hands down, best service I have ever received at a WH. Trina was absolutely amazing, attentive, efficient, and extremely friendly. I had my drinks and order taken in under 3 minutes. Food came out in another 3-4 minutes. Every person working said hello and were all very friendly and working as a team.
