I have been going to Black Rock for YEARS since they first opened on Walker road in Beaverton. And when I moved to gresham I was soooo excited when this location opened! And I loved all the staff back then. They were friendly, fun, and fast. But now this location is has been getting worse and worse over the last 2 years. I don't go anymore 😢 they take forever to answer the speaker box, they take way too long to make drinks. And they are not friendly at ALL! It's just not a good experience. My last straw was when there was no one in front of me but a sat at the speaker box and no one responded

I’ve been going here for many years now and this location is my favorite. They’re good at making their drinks and the food they have is delicious. My favorite is an iced Irish coffee or blackout. Their fuels are really good as well, my go to is a iced pomegranate grapefruit fuel. If you ever have a specific drink you want to make, they will make it no problem. The workers are always nice and easy to talk to. There’s only been one time when I’ve gotten attitude from one of the workers. They made my drink wrong and I asked them to remake it. Maybe they were just having a bad day, you never know.

First of all, I love Black Rock. I order 3-4 coffees per day most days. I start my day in Washington (Thank God) and it takes 5-7 minutes for the drive through. However the Gresham location it Doesn’t matter what time of day you go through the drive through, doesn’t matter if there is only 1 car in front of you or 5 - it’s going to take at least 20-30 minutes. I now turn on an audiobook after I order, so at least I am distracted. Takes my entire lunch just to get a coffee. I’m beginning to think they milk the cow and bake the bagels at this location

1st time here, charge me for small drinks and then gave me kids sizes. 2nd time, over charges me on shakes. (Added extra oreo when I didnt want it that way) 3rd(and this will be my last time to this location) it took over 15 mins to get me coffee. With people who just ordered in the drive thru reciving there drinks before me. Not a single person working looked like they had any hussle. They all were just taking there sweet time.
