First of all I've only been here once before, and today I went with my beautiful day on her lunch break. We were able to get a spicy chicken sandwich which we were both craving, from Juniors chicken... And I'm so blown away, I literally have never had a better chicken sandwich in my life. Spices were absolutely perfect. As we went inside we also grabbed a margarita for her and a beer for me, and it was the best day I have ever ever ever ever ever had at a food cart. Zest Thai is absolutely fantastic!! Their cashew nut tofu was to die for, like it’s hard to find good tofu and this place has it. Great outdoor atmosphere here too, and a nice variety of other food carts! Highly recommend!

The Gresham Food Carts are a decent spot for great food. There's a good variety and amount of options. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. No beer or bathrooms. Limited parking, but it is right off a few bike routes. I highly recommend trying Chef Shawarma!

Place has gone downhill. I used to come here multiple times a week a few years ago. It has especially gotten worse ever since the old Mexican food cart disappeared, and since the AI generated DarkBLK Coffee showed up.
