I want to file a complaint how yet, about an employee at your Burger King location #1596 in Gulfport on 25th. I visited today, March 20, 2026, around 12:25 PM and received extremely rude and unprofessional service. The employee was working at the drive-thru with a headset. She had short black hair styled in two braids close to her head and a very slim build. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, and she began saying inappropriate and offensive things to us during the interaction. Careful of this location, they allow homeless people to sleep in the dinning area... This the second time I've been at this location and witnessed this... I ordered a number one add cheese and bacon, and onion rings instead of fries... When I got my order to the table, they gave me fries, not onion rings... opened the wrapping on my whopper and it was only meat, cheese and bacon... when I went to the counter to have my order corrected, the girl that took my order just started arguing with me about how I placed my order... I was shocked because I never blamed anyone, I only asked for what I ord
