The worst experience. The worker or supervisor on duty on the afternoon of July 6th had a terrible attitude and appalling customer service. I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was a Hispanic/Latina woman an arrogant person. It’s a shame things were better before she was there. I will never return, and I hope she gets removed from the position.

I always go there. They are always rude. But I understand because they are working there. But on 04-17-2026, it was over rude. Jeniffer. Had no name tag they didn't give me a receipt or the sauce I asked for. They charged me 20 cent for a sauce I was 2 cents short and they didn't want to give me the sauce. So I says just give me a refund. And she said no. Come back tomorrow. And talk to the manager. No hi no welcome to bk no no receipt, no nothing. What's going on there?!!!!!?

Terrible experience. When we ordered we weren’t asked if it was for here or to go, so everything was in to-go bags. When I asked for a tray, I was brought a cup carrier and when I said i wanted a tray and not a cup holder he threw the cup holder back with a bad attitude. It was the guy with giant ear gauges. We wanted to eat at the play place and every table in there was dirty so we couldn’t eat there and my kids didn’t even end up playing there because it was just so filthy. Every ketchup we got had some sticky substance, like honey or oil, not sure. And our hamburger buns were cold. We used

Food was below typical and took 10 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and an order of hash brown. My family and another customer were the only inside patrons. The floor throughout the restaurant was very slippery and hasn't been mopped in some time. My only plus was I did like the design of the restaurant. The jungle gym room smelled lhorrible.
