First off this is a new location and new building since 2025. This Panera is by far the best one Ive been to. Efficient, clean, friendly and food order is correct every time so far. (I’ve been to some other Paneras where the order has been wrong or they leave something out which is so frustrating) This location is spot on :-) Thank you!

Love coming to the new Panera in Hamden. The service is great, everyone in the staff is professional and friendly and courteous, love their cookies and soup! Atmosphere is clean, lots of natural light. Great to come for food and social or with laptop to work! Drive through is also a plus - practical for driving and ordering with my toddler in the car! Highly recommend!! :) love the staff!!

One thing that I don’t like is dirty places. Every time I visit this location the floors looks dirty and as well the tables. They have a lot of parking because the business is in a mall. Oh yea the have outdoor seats but I don’t think that anyone wants to seat there. Well the picture will tell you a little bit. The service was ok. The building as an overall is falling behind. The food came out very quick.

This panera was the best stop when travelling from New Jersey to Massachusetts. We travel with a baby and a dog and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The dog was treated like a queen. Thank you!
