I stop at the drive through after working mkre than 12 hours. Order a jalapeño whopper and 4 cheesy tots. Lady charges me for 8 and gives me the sandwich and fries and no tots at all. Its really not a hard to fill the bag with the entire order

I pickup for multiple delivery services. Food is always made fresh from where I can see. Packed properly. Sealed. Receipts attached. Drinks sealed. They verify who I am picking up for. Never had anything be out of stock to need to co tact customer.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We went through the drive through, and it took forever for our "fast" food to be made. I know it takes awhile to change the oil for the fries, so that's fine, but when everything else is messed up it only makes it more frustrating. They charged us for regular Whoppers, and we only received Whopper Jr.s, which were cold. They shorted us 1 of the 8 chicken fries. We were given no ketchup though we had asked for it, and, most importantly NO RECEIPT so we could go back and have our order corrected. We will not be coming back here and highly recommend avoiding th

My order was correct and staff were very professional and kind to me. However, I believe I received food poisoning from my food and I felt nacreous, fatigued, and had a terrible migraine for days afterwards. Will probably reframe from ordering from this location for the forceable future.
