Placing order ,no help no questions answered. Couldn't get prices of what i ask. Ask for Xtra crispy received chicken that when you tried to get a piece out the skin pulled off, chicken was stuck together. Drive thru man so rude and mean looking it caused me to be uncomfortable. The drive thru man dressed and looked tacky, . Every question I ask I got no answer , no help. Wish kfc was like it used to be. The cashier was very nice but obviously new. She was kind and sweet. It took 17 minutes to get a chicken wrap and a half box of fries. The priority seemed to be drive through. The fry guy didn’t have on any gloves and I seen him throw a loose French fry in a box. Employees shirts were filthy like they hadn’t been washed in days. Condiments were stocked at least. Just needs some things tightened up

I went on Tuesday March 24,2026 around 3 or so and walked in and ordered 3 double cheeseburgers it cost me $20.37 and when I got back to work I gave my boss one my husband one and myself. The burgers were absolutely 💯 disgusting they had meat patties that were tasteless, old as hell like they have been sitting there for hours. Im so disappointed I truly am. I feel like I waisted money on garbage 🗑
