I usually like this place.. but this time was honestly disappointing. My flatbread barely had any chicken in it… like you’re paying for a chicken flatbread, not a veggie one with a few scraps. When I asked for a little more chicken, they acted like it was a problem just to add a small amount. On top of that, the flatbread is supposed to come with two pieces of bacon and mine only had one. When I asked about it, they added another piece… but it was literally half a strip. That just made it feel even more careless. I’m not asking for extra.. just what’s advertised. If you’re charging full price

My Buffalo wrap was flat with extra Buffalo sauce and it's barely any lettuce, or anything else. Definitely the smallest skinny wrap i ever seen from Tropical Smoothie. Took one bite and trashed it. My smoothie was great. Also, your cashier has long side bangs that she keeps moving out her face with gloves on. And never changed them not one time. Please make sure that your workers are changing out gloves and washing hands. Also hair should be pulled up or back if a hair net is not worn, or a hat This will help to avoid hair in customers food.

Child placed a mobile order at this location by mistake. I immediately called to get it cancelled and refunded. Employee told me she’d get a manager, hung up on me. Called back, got assistant manager. Had to go ask the manager. They told me they don’t do refunds and I’d have to get over it. Order# 37383676514467841 in case anyone who runs this place cares to help me. Update: I noticed that’s how you always respond, so I completed that link off a previous review.
