It was my first time there, and the food and service was great! The atmosphere was qaint and calm. The servers were very friendly, took my order right away, the food came quickly, they checked on me frequently and my coffee was never low. I got the green valley special omlete they were gracious with my substitutions. The omlete, hashbrowns, and toast were delicious. My only critique is that two of my toast slices were a bit burnt but they were all buttered adequately and still yummy. The coffee was good enough to drink black but the creamer was also good. Enjoyed my first of many visits to Green Valley Cafe. I’m new in town for work and multiple people at work suggested eating here when I asked them what good in Hanford, GVC did not disappoint at all. From the great hospitality to the delicious food this restaurant checked all the boxes I was looking for and have earned a new customer for as long as I’m in town. I ordered a Western Omelette with Potatoes smothered in cheese, Biscuits and Gravy and a side of Bacon. I put some Gravy on my potatoes and they were HEAVENLY 🤤🤤🤤 so happy to have found Good Home Cooking..

Love the food! This was my first time eating here. To be honest nothing can beat eggs, hash browns, and toast! That's what I had with corn beef hash! Server was wonderful, she had a butterfly tat! Worth the trip!
