Went here tonight for dinner and it was all good Until they dropped my rice container and it spilled. They told me they'll need to make more and it will be 5 minutes and that was totally fine with us. We waited, went home. Opened my food and it was jumbled together, so it seems as if they dropped it as well and it didn't open so they gave me my food anyway. Not only is it disgusting, it's unsanitary. Wasted my money and also don't have dinner. Would like to mention that as an ADA advocate, your bathroom is terribly out of code. See photos and fix accordingly according to Schaumburg code

The portion is horriable he gave me 1scoops and a couple crumbs isn’t it supposed to be 2full scoops? And for the side he did it so fast where I can’t see when I opened it wasn’t even filled to the top like they usually do so I told the cashier it’s not filled to the top she redid it said sorry he’s new it’s like ok like they don’t teach them how to do the portions I paid $15 cuz I got the angus steak and ya definitely not worth that money for 1scoop for each side, Glendale heights is way better and don’t cheat u on portions I should of went there but I was in this area , but anyways I’m never

This Panda Express is hiding away from the front of the strip mall—it’s on the side. The overall atmosphere was absolutely phenomenal. The tables, floor, beverage station, and bathroom were clean and appeared hygienic. The employees were efficient—treat them with respect and they’ll get your order correctly. The employees also walked around and ensured order was present. What about the food?—the reason why people come. The food was decent—not bad, but not Michelin level. 11/2025 4* Panda Express is normally quite good. I was disappointed by this one today. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was good. The Orange Chicken was good. The Chicken and Green Beans were good. The Egg Rolls were good. The Crab Rangoon was good. However...... The Fried Rice was not good. It was not fried. It was cooked rice kind of tan in color and no flavor whatsoever. It did not even "feel" like Fried Rice in my mouth. This brought the entire meal down a few notches. I will probably give them another chance some day. But not soon I would think.
