My uncle would eat 4-5 lobsters and I'd get the steak. The crab cakes are very good (as usual) and tonight, celebrating Father's Day early, we got the Large Timbuktu Hors D'Oeuvres Platter to start our evening (for 4 people). Everything on it was delicious EXCEPT for the rack of ribs. They were super dry. I make smoked ribs on my Trager all the time, so I know good ribs. These were so overcooked that they were almost jerky dry. I can app
