I ordered through Uber Eats/Instacart and everything else in my order was fine, but my medium iced Butter Pecan Latte was undrinkable. It tasted strongly of chemicals and had coffee grounds in it, so I had to throw it away. The taste lingered even after dumping it. I called the store to let them know, but because the order was placed through the app, I wasn’t able to receive a refund for the drink. I put my straw in my iced matcha in the drive thru while waiting for my food. It looked full, but by the time I got to work, it was evident it wasn't full all the way. The foam started to settle and I haven't taken a sip yet! I'm upset I paid almost $6 for ice and foam. On another note, the drive thru was fast and my food was good.

I live only a few blocks away from this particular store and it’s convenient near the highway as I travel to work. I’ve watched this site change personal many times and because I’m in food service I believe in second class but this takes the cake, I decided to come in instead of drive through. I was wrong. 8 to 10 staff plus the manager I placed my order. And no other customer in line I waited until and waited watching staff looking at me waiting sandwich ladies looking at me have a lengthy conversation until I decided to say excuse me and that was after 8 to 10 minutes no one seems to be cus
