This place was very clean. They had all the Donuts stockedand they had the line moving. I’m very big on all three that I just said. It’s very sad that I have to get out of my neighborhood which is Detroit West side,Oak Park, Southfield telegraph just to get great service and things that I like and want. A guy name a brandon was excellent This location is hazel park!!!!!

Denia my server was an absolute delight she was kind, respectful, and most of all I have never tried the new Tim bit doughnut and without thinking she went and grabbed me one so I could try it and I’m glad she did because it was really good. The Keylime filled if you have a chance to grab it go for it other than that very very wonderful experience and she deserves a raise because she she made sure that everything was right and that I was happy

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Tim Hortons. I work nearby and frequent this location everyday I work. I became friendly with the employees and mentioned I work for a cannabis company. If I had some goodies I’ll bring by. I was banned as one of the employees that said they’d take something assumed my intent was something more than just a tip. The staff is always rude never knows anything about the app and in general the place is dirty. I will be reaching to corporate to contest this bogus ban and will hope the employee is reprimanded for false accusations

Went to this Tim Hortons at about 630AM in the morning and the line was about 10 cars deep. Still it only took me about 5 minutes to get my order placed and received. I ordered a large black coffee and a dozen assorted doughnuts. The order was accurate and food/drink delicious. I'll be back!
