As a former New Yorker and foodie now living in LA, I was excited to return to Viv in Hell’s Kitchen. I had just come back from Thailand, and I can honestly say the flavors here taste truly authentic and original. I dined with three New Yorkers, enjoyed cocktails and red wine, and shared several dishes including morning glory with salted fish, fried shrimp, spicy clams, and squid with salted egg. The vibes are warm, the owner and staff make you feel right at home, and it’s no surprise they’ve been serving the neighborhood for over 15 years. The food?
