Guacado delivers a decent fast-casual experience, but it didn’t quite stand out. Compared to GUAC Shop, the flavors felt muted overall. The white rice lacked depth, though the shrimp was well-seasoned and freshly grilled, which I appreciated. Service could have been more attentive, as the server seemed more engaged with co-workers than with me. Overall, not bad—just not particularly memorable. I’m curious to see how its parent concept, Guac Time, compares.

I ordered a bowl from Guacado Mexican Grill and the portion size is honestly amazing for the price. They really load the bowl up—you get a generous amount of rice, fresh lettuce, grilled chicken, cheese, and sauce, all layered well and not skimpy at all. Everything looked fresh and well prepared, and the chicken was nicely grilled with good flavor and color. The bowl was filling and packed to the top, which makes it truly worth the money.
