First I ordered a smoothie with strawberry boba. Got to the car took a drink no boba. Went back inside and told the guy working. He said he added boba and said it was strawberry and then proceeded to add more boba. Tasted it again and it wasn’t strawberry. So when you order strawberry boba apparently mango boba is the same even though they are a different color and flavor. Had to pour it out into a clear glass just to show. I only see very small mango boba no strawberry.

I am currently still standing in the store, the employee will not give me her name. I then asked the second employee for her name and she said “it doesn’t matter”. But it indeed does matter because the first woman who helped me literally walked away before I was even finished with my transaction which is extremely rude and unprofessional. I then asked for my receipt and the employee was just sitting down eating and said to wait for receipt but you just walked away before my transaction was even finished. Do better or don’t work in customer service it’s really not that difficult. I’m now edit

Blimey Limey with energizer & B12 Stopped in on my way to work. Normally I heck the reviews if I’m on a side of town for work that I haven’t been in a while, or I’m trying a new place. I almost skipped because of the bad reviews. Sadly they all showed first. BUT SO GLAD I WENT ANYWAYS 😊 A+ on the drink and the service. And honestly it was SUPER fast. It is 8am so there were only 2 of us. A guy was getting handed his drink as I ordered. I had a question about the energy. The lady went in the back and got the bottle to show me the ingredients list. I just ordered food from here and got it for delivery because I work from home. What i received was sad and absolutely ridiculous. First off the bread was cold, then there was hardy any peanut butter, lastly there was no honey. Why am I paying money to get items when i have to add honey and peanut butter in my home. Why am I paying you money when I have to add my own ingredients?? I need a refund or a credit for this because the store wont answer so I can complain to them. I attached a picture so you dont think im lying.
