Got here at about 7:30am it opens at 7am. I was the only person here. I was NEVER greeted as the employees talked about drive through time so I ordered from the self service, then proceeded to sit as I was dining in. See pictures for reference but the place was dirty from top to bottom.... But hey the food was hot and probably good I just couldn't finish it after only a few bites bc I was distracted by the filth. Personally I wouldn't even open a store until it was ready for customers. And I'd ALWAYS greet my guests. Thumbs down for me.

I Door Dashed from this location after a very long work shift, the quality was horrific. I didn't catch either of their names I apologize, but the worker who greeted me and got the manager when returning the items were absolutely wonderful. The manager did everything she possibly could to make it right ,she even threw in some extra little treats and a beverage . Thank you both for your kindness!

(ROACHES) Now let me just say.. I'm not a huge taco bell fan anyway because I worked at taco bell for 2 years back in 2020. You just get tired of the food. However, it's convenient being that it's one of the few places left with a “dollar-ish menu” especially with it being so hard to survive in Hendersonville anymore with inflation. We normally drive out to rivergate location because that's where they don't skim you on your food. We tried this location out tonight bc we are low on gas and pulled over into one of there side parking lots to eat. Of course, right when they get the last person ou

I placed a pickup order at this location and the order was ready when I arrived just minutes later. I decided to eat indoors to warm up from the chilly weather outside and ended up staying longer than anticipated while getting some studying done. They were very hospitable, a couple workers even going out of their way to make sure I had refills, enough food, and even making sure I had a ride. I never felt rushed and was very thankful for that. I should have asked for their names, but I appreciate the ladies working tonight as they were all very considerate and kind.
