Never have had a great experience but in a pinch we will attempt to go. Last time, quarter pounder was not cooked all the way, floor in entry was dangerously slippery, and food items were forgotten. There have been a few very nice people who work there, but most have zero emotion. EDIT MAY 21st: The General Manager, Brandon, reached out and I'm very grateful for that. They took care of the issue of the undercooked food immediately and checked their appliances and coached the staff. I appreciate this response very much.

The worst ever. It was dirty. Slow service. I Had to ask for my food after 25 mins. I would never go to this location again. Cold food, Trash all over the place. Disgusting,I would never eat here again. 100% trash! Nasty, dont eat here!

This location is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! The EVENING STAFF=HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Including the evening “manager”! The drive thru line was backed up onto the road. Decided to go in just to get attitude from the counter staff. She proceeded to walk away, start talking on her cellphone and then clocked out & left. I waited over 30 mins for the wrong order! My burgers were missing all of the condiments and when I called the restaurant… they picked up the phone.. didn’t say anything and left it off the hook so that whoever called back (me) would get a busy signal. Wish I knew the young lady's name, we frequent so regularly that she knows our voices threw the drive threw and usual has it typed before I finish..always smiley and fun. And the behind the line staff is awesome have never messed up order. And managers pick up slack too I have seen them at the window or even taking orders at the counter. Keep up the awesome work.!!!!
