I would like to apologize to the young lady working the drive through window on March 19, 2026 at 8:20 p.m. I am sorry I wanted to provide business to the company you work for. I'm sorry you gave me UNsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea. I'm sorry I didn't agree to pay you to change my drink to a Pepsi because you would/could not provide sweet tea. I'm sorry you were wrong when you told me it WAS sweet tea. Then I told you it wasn't sweet and to try it for yourself for which you said "oh I don't like sweet tea." Whoever is taking orders in the drive through needs to stop talking when im trying to order. Talking too much then complaining they cant hear me. Also just rude. At the end I tried asking for my food to be extra toasted cause the classic stickers are never heated up enough and I get them from the bag and they jusy warm almost room temp. This taco bell needs to get its shit together

The drive through was terrible, they couldn't hear me and rung up the order wrong. When I got up to the window I had her change the incorrect items and paid. She then handed me my card back and I waited. Then someone else brought me my food and told me to have a good night, I had to ask for them to hand me my drinks that were sitting on the counter, right next to the cashier who is also the one who made them, cause I saw her. I then get back to my work, because I was on my lunch break so I can't just drive back up to the drive through, and I was missing 2 items and all my sauce. And this is ju
